The offspring was the Reaper-Shark Leviathan. They had used Hammerhead Shark DNA and impregnated the Reaper with it. Originally the Reaper-Shark Leviathan was supposed to have been created in a lab in the Sea Treader's Path biome, where Alterra was experimenting with a Reaper Leviathan.The body of the Reaper-Shark is similar to the Crested Reaper. There are two breeds of Reaper-Shark Leviathans, one, the rarer of the two, has the head of a Reaper Leviathan, but with a 'v' shaped hammerhead on its forehead, rather than the normal forehead protrusion of the Reaper Leviathan and the Ancestral Reaper Leviathan, and the other, more common, one has a head more akin to the Great White and Bull Sharks. The Reaper-Shark Leviathan is a little smaller than the Reaper Leviathan.For the most part, Reaper-Shark Leviathans do the same damage as a Reaper Leviathan, however their bites have a 25% chance of killing the player instantly.
